Overall stay was pleasant. Staff are friendly and some restaurants within the hotel were not bad. The lightning design in the room was good which provided a comfy and cozy feeling. Only some wear and tear in the room which may due to cleanliness problem. Will stay again next time.

The service was excellent. Jessica invited me to have breakfast at the Club as my birthday gift from the hotel.
The not so good part was the shower place. The drain is very slow which flooded every time I take shower, felt a little bit dirty.

We stayed at Sheraton Kuching Hotel for a family trip from 30th October to 2nd November 2024, and it was also a special occasion to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel made our stay memorable by providing complimentary decorations and two slices of cake for our anniversary, which was a thoughtful gesture. They also arranged an early check-in for us, which we greatly appreciated.
The breakfast was decent, but there’s still room for improvement in the quality of the food. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we’re grateful to the hotel management for their efforts to make our celebration special.
